40" Rough Country 40" Lightbar wont stop whizzing/whistling as speeds over 40mph

I installed the Rough Country LED LIGHTUPPER WINDSHIELD 40" BLACK SINGLE ROW and I can't seem to get it to stop making a whistling sound at speeds over 35-40 MPH. I've adjusted the angle of the lightbar many times, to no avail. I'm thinking new mounting brackets that extend it a little bit away from the windshield might help, but before I make the purchase, I thought I'd check with this group.

Cover the heat dissipation fins on the back of the bar. I used door edge guards on each fin and it stopped all noise. Good luck.
