Hi.
Yes - both have the sensor holes and most of the hardware, as the larger bolts were used to put the new bumper on.

Sorry for the delayed reply! For some reason, I can't reply on my phone - just my home computer.

One bumper is sold to Bike007b, but I still have the other. It appears that packing it on a pallet with all the bits and pieces and getting it freighted out of state is a bit of a project. If anyone is still interested in the second bumper and has access to easy transportation, please reach out.
