What do i do with new tires wheels and rock rails that I plan to upgrade right from the dealer after delivery?

Sell them. I just got $250 for my BD rock rails. Price for wheels and tires is dependant on what you have. Steelies or upgrades. Steelies seem to be pretty popular in the aftermarket. The upgrades aren't very common because many didn't order with them.
