You need a 3rd brake light extension, but that's it. There are a few companies that make them. Rough Country, RTR, DV8 Offroad, etc.

According to the integration guide, the "maximum recommended door weight" is 133 lbs. But it's not super clear on exactly what that means. Do the mean the maximum carrying capacity of the tailgate?? Do they mean the weight of the tailgate itself? Or does that 133 lbs include the door, the spare tire, and accessories?? I have no idea if I'm being honest... all I know is the the stock Sasquatch wheels weigh around 85 lbs. and if your new wheel/tire combo will be dramatically heavier than that, you may want to consider reinforcing the tailgate.
