Any other New Mexico Bronco buyers looking to start up a New Mexico Bronco Nation club? If you are at all interested let me know and I will start setting up a little more formal of a club. We have some beautiful 4X4 locations here in our state and we could probably host some awesome events.

I am available all those days and think a meet up and early winter trail ride would be awesome. If I haven’t managed to acquire a compressor by then hopefully someone will help me out with airing back up afterwards lol
If no one has air, which we don't, we have you covered. Our house is about 10 min from there and is all dirt roads, except for a very short ride on Rainbow. Like 1/10th to 1/4th mile at most. I've had a death in the family, so give me a week to get through that - I have to travel to get to the funeral. Hopefully in a week I will have decided the date and will let everyone know. I may set up an event too - never know who might be here visiting and want to join us.
Hi y'all, Lauri here and I am the proud owner of a MY21 Badlands, SAS, 2.7 auto, 4 door, soft top, Cactus Gray, no reservation, ordered 9/11/21, Took delivery 1/8/22!

Would anyone be interested in a trail ride in the Puero either the the 25th or 26th? Or, would it be better the 19th or Dec 3rd? Please give me some feed back, it will help me commit to a date.

The Puerco is at the end of Southern. We could meet up about 8:30 somewhere on Southern - where people could get some breakfast and use a restroom. Head out there about 8:45 and then air down when we get out there. There is a little bit of fun to get over the sand dunes and into the Puerco. Then there are a lot of play areas - those that want to play can and those that don't can watch. There are some rocky areas and some sandy hills and a lot of arroyo. Please let me hear from you if you have any interest in taking your Bronco off pavement. All Bronco's will be invited. And, if you have Jeep or Toyota (or anything else) buddies that want to come, I will not turn them away!
Im booked solid until probably mid-December between work travel, the last camp of the year and Thanksgiving. We get into mid-late December, and I may be able to drive depending on the shipping gods. Don't wait on me to keep this party going, I will join you guys when I can.
2023 Wildtrak. It will get here someday this winter be a Christmas Miracle! Probably before February spring Thursday.

I have a compressor in my rig and one at my house, so no problem with that. But it will take a while to air up with the little thing I have. Not really sure you will need to air down though. I have gone a good distance through the Peurco in my ride without airing down. Also, I have gone all around there in my '95 without airing down. But what I really like doing is climbing the dune in 2 wheel drive. I'm probably just asking for trouble, but someone has to be "that guy."

I'm down for an adventure any of those days. Just not available Veteran's Day week-end. A good place to meet up, gear check, and stock up is the southern parking lot Wal-Mart. Right next to Walgreens. If people are already stocked up, Rainbow Park is another good place to meet. The past couple of times I have ventured to the end of southern, there was a mobile coffee vendor out there in the morning and a taco truck ventured in for the afternoon. I'm not sure if that is every weekend, or if it was just that once. Anyway, Starbucks, Sonic, and Burger King are across the street from Wal-Mart. Walgreens is usually quicker to get in and out if you need to stock up on road snacks and beverages. Just my $0.02.

December 3rd could be good. I might have a chance to get out there and check it out before I lead others out there. I like the idea of the Walmart parking lot at Southern and Unser - on the northwest corner - behind the Walgreens. There is a Carl's Jr, Wendy's, Walmart and Walgreens for what ever you need to pick out or empty out before we head out. There is also a Sonic & a Starbucks on the southside of Southern across from the Walmart.
Please keep watching! I will try to post as soon as I can.

I'm not keen to adding holes to my ride. With that being said, what comms does everyone use off road? I prefer handheld radio due to portability, ease of use, and the fact that I don't have to mount anything to my ride. Comms will be very important for events. On any structured ride, the leader and the last vehicle should stay in constant communication at the least, from my experience. But, I think everyone should have comms eventually. Opinions and suggestions are welcome.

Darrell, I would be willing to go out on a pre-run/scout trip with you on the 19th or 26th. We could map out a good confidence booster. Let me know and I'll invite a friend with recovery gear. Once we have something plotted out, one of us can add the event to Bronco Nation Events.

Hey all! So, how about we do some playing around in the Puerco on Saturday, December 3rd?
Time: 9:00am
Place: East end of Walmart parking lot. NW corner of Southern and Unser (immediately North of Walgreens)
We will head west on Southern at 9:30. It is about 5 - 7 miles to the sand hills. We will air down there.
All invited! All Broncos. All Jeep, Taco, FJ, 4-runner etc buddies (I've invited mine already).
You can have fun on 31's and open diffs, but it ain't easy. 35's with lockers is a lot of fun. 40's with extras can get plain stupid.
Bring a lunch, water, any recovery gear you have, spare tie rods (they are the weak link and I have a spare set and tools).
We will shoot for being out of there by 3pm.
Those that need air can follow us home, very short time on pavement and air compressor works fast.
Do we want to meet for a beer and food? 4pm or so at Cazuelas on Sara?
I'm not going to set up an event. This is privately owned land. Owner allows it, but, nothing in writing. Don't want to put BN in the middle of anything.
Thanks!
