What did you do to your Bronco today?

So how it is sounding with just the speaker changes? I have no idea how to wire a new sub and amp but very interested in changing out the speakers.

Significant improvement in just swapping out the dash, kickpanel and rear pod speakers. far less 'muddy', and the midrange bass is much better. Can't wait to upgrade the woofer next!

Thanks so much - I am an automotive photographer, so this is kinda my niche. I'm using a Sony A7RIII with Sony 24-70mm f/2.8 Gmaster lens and Sony 70-200mm f/2.8 Gmaster lens, both with B&W Circular Polarizer filters on them. I do my editing in both Photoshop and Lightroom.

It would've been cool for Ford to offer that as a MyColor option. I don't know if I'd ever use it, but it's an interesting effect. I had MyColor in the dash of my 2005 and 2007 Mustangs. I set the color and then never changed it. So much for customization! LOL

It would've been cool for Ford to offer that as a MyColor option. I don't know if I'd ever use it, but it's an interesting effect. I had MyColor in the dash of my 2005 and 2007 Mustangs. I set the color and then never changed it. So much for customization! LOL

I had my 2016 Ecoboost Convertible with MyColor. ALWAYS changed it, really heart broken the Ferd dropped the ball on customization, so planning on getting that for myself this Christmas, especially since I know a guy who'd install them for me

Today - swapped out most of the speakers - the only ones left to do are the kick panel speakers. I tried to give the B&O speakers a fair shot, and considering that I'm deaf in one ear and partially deaf in the other - I'm no audiophile - but the stock speakers in the B&O system are legitimately NOT good. replaced the dash speakers with some JL Audio C1-400's, and some Focal audio speakers in the rear roll bar locations. Kick panel speakers will be done tomorrow (JL Audio C1-650X). Then went out for a drive up to the hills.

Thanks. They are Fuel Shok wheels, 9” wide 0 offset. Stock squatch tires

Simple added the “Buck your Bronco” phone mount with MagSafe charging (MagSafe charger not included). Will have to wait and see how it handles. Don’t care for the wireless charger that’s built in because have to have phone positioned just so and it moves around and stops charging. Also due to the lack of cubby/storage places the wireless charger location is prime real-estate. I don’t much care for vent mounted anything due to blocking air flow and possible damage to vents.

Kinda hard to find a location that keeps it out of the already limited viewing area with the small hummer three like windshield height and keep it out of the control screen view and away from the steering wheel.

This seemed like a valid option with the extended arm to get it past the dash edge.

Also makes use of the windshield USB-C charging location.

I’m going to wait to see how the stereo sounds before pricing upgraded speakers. Voice lessons may be cheaper. If I can’t afford new speakers, I’ll have to learn how to sing better.

I like the stereo I don’t hear any distortion or anything, I have the B&O that I keep hearing people complain about.

Stereo works really well on my Wildtrak, no distortion and Pavarrotti singing Nessuna Dorma is just amazing at 80 mph.

I've considered his mounts. How much does your phone bounce with it sticking that far out from the rail?

Haven’t used it enough to give you an honest answer. I think I have adjusted it enough that the last link rests on the dash to help with that. IT feels pretty solid though. I’d love the tear that goes all the way across but it was to $$$ for what it is imho.

Im not having any luck trying to mount my Bronco Grill Badge. There's no room behind there without seeming to take the grill off! How did you mount yours?
